Allhorse.ie aim to provide its users with information relating to the welfare and protection of horses. Allhorse.ie will do everything to assist and work with animal welfare organisations in their efforts to help stop cruelty to horses. Allhorse.ie request that users advertising a horse for sale on this site do not misrepresent their animal in any way (relating to physical condition, temperament or potential use of their animal). Allhorse.ie recommend that buyers have the animal thoroughly checked by their own vet prior to purchase. Allhorse.ie also recommend that buyers request a valid passport for the horse prior to purchase / transport of the animal. Allhorse.ie will not be held responsible or liable for any injustice caused by any animal advertised on this website.We will do our utmost to monitor all adverts listed. If you are aware of any advert listed that should be reported please contact us immediately.  Within the 'hold until sold' option Allhorse.ie will list your advert for a maximum of 1 year. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
