We've teamed up with Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show to offer three pairs of tickets to the opening day of this year's show (Wednesday 3rd Aug). A draw will be held on Monday 20th June, 4th and 18th July 2011 for each set of tickets. The Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show will be taking place this year in the RDS from the 3^rd – 7^th of August. It is one of Ireland's largest events, a highlight of the summer, each year welcoming tens of thousands of people from Ireland and all over the world. There is fun for all the family and a great week of events for all to enjoy. Since it was first held in 1864 the Horse Show has become a Dublin institution, a celebration of Ireland's affinity with the horse, from the best show horses to the best international show jumpers.

Ladies day

To enter the Blossom Hill Ladies Day all you need is a general admission ticket for Thursday the 4^th of August and then show up on the day looking fabulous! The best dressed lady will win an incredible prize worth up to €10,000! Plus, there will be prizes for highly commended outfits, most creative hat and best dressed male! Kids’ Entertainment

There’s more to the Discover Ireland Dublin Horse Show than meets the eye, in fact, all the senses are engaged and entertained in this five day pageant of colour, music and delight that will dazzle children of all ages!

Kids Only!!!

Nature Zone
Children love animals and it’s not just horses they come to see at the Show. Airfield trust, Dublin’s only urban farm, brings along other furry animals to pets’ corner in the Nature Zone. Located at Block B of the Anglesea Stand.

Kids’ Zone
Guaranteed to keep your children entertained, the Kids’ Zone is a firm family favourite. This year, why not make your own ‘to do’ list to make sure you don’t miss a single thing! Located behind the Grandstand at the Main Arena.

Pony Rides
It may be your first chance to take to the saddle in front of the RDS crowd but, all going well; it won’t be your last!

Watch out!!! The men and women with silly shoes and red noses are coming to get you……

Want to spend your day as a tiger or maybe as a pirate on the high seas? Here’s your chance to look the part in your day of adventure.

Billy Bubbles
A favourite with children of all ages! Watch Billy perform his Punch and Judy and Magic show. Located at the Band Lawn beside Gate D, Anglesea Road.

Pony Clubs
For real excitement watch the fun at the Pony Club Games and Musical Ride on the Saturday and Sunday of the Show. Located in Ring 1.
