Shiatsu is often called ‘acupuncture without the needles’.  It is a sister therapy to acupuncture and involves hands on pressure on powerful acupressure points and meridians to move energy around the body. 

Shiatsu can help with a wide range of conditions – from specific injuries such as musculoskeletal pain to more general symptoms of poor health, both mental and physical. The aim of a Shiatsu treatment is to rebalance the energy so that it flows smoothly again. As the flow of energy in the body improves, so does the condition and health of the body.

Horses and dogs respond really well to this gentle but effective therapy and usually become really relaxed during the session.
