Scopey VDL Douglas 4 year old, Bay, 16.2HH.

Sire: VDL Douglas: A stallion with an impressive pedigree (Darco x Capitol I) and competed to 1.50m with Conor Swail. Grandsire: Darco: Sire of over 100 Grand Prix horses including Olympic horses Sapphire, Parco and Ottorongo.

Dam : Oakfield Topkick (Kildalton King) – prolific winner of amateur classes and double winner of high jump.

This gelding was finalist in Cavan International Loose Jumping 2010 as a 3 year old. He competed in the spring to 1m and RDS Qualifier Barnadown before being let out for a break.

He is back in work and will be competing over the Autumn at 1m/1.10m. Still to mature he is a real future prospect and very careful.
